The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from an indoor play center with competent staff providing good service.

we booked reasonably spacious rooms with decent bathroom and large bed. the location was remote, right by the airport or train station, switzerland and the conti on a number of occasions during december.

It was in a remote setting in the Heimstrasse neighbourhood which is right in central Zurich instead of 10-minute walk + 15-minute train ride from Zurich. The room was clean with large bed, decent bathroom, as for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. The breakfast food was fine, different choices to eat like butter, jam, and cheese.

The breakfast options were good, with coffee, butter, jam, and cheese available. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was excellent, being near restaurants, Zurich airport, and shops.

Conveniently located when driving to Zug. Was near a railroad station. Trampolino was within easy reach.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable.I Usually enjoy a room with a bath tub but I enjoyed the shower very much.

When I booked the hotel, I was informed that it was in walking distance from the conference centre, This was however in West Zurich and it took 30 minutes by train and tram to get to the city center where the conference house was.Though the hotel was fine, it turned out to be more costly to stay there. In future be more accurate when giving information.

very noisy location. no airco in the hotel, this is something so normal that we do not consider the possibility of not finding that service.

I was put into a room I did not book. Somehow hotels always try it... They should really do something to the noise from either the road or the railway. Shitty bed too. Too expensive for what you get.

I really enjoyed the special breakfast extras like butter, jam, and cheese provided, and the convenient proximity to local shops.

The staff was efficient. the location was perfect and great. - I went to nearby Costa Blanca Mediterrana and tried their local food. - Got the same double room booked online with a decent bathroom and a large bed.

The toilet bowl was a bit dirty, traces of old age. There is an urgent need of replacement.

The hotel was nice and clean, most of the staff was speaking english.
